Iglesia Ni Cristo endorsing Artemio Tuquero as Ombudsman?

philstar: Ombudsman bets: Morales, 3 others on JBC list

inquirer: Ombudsman bets down to 4

manilatimes: Torn between two allies

Ok, so the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) have narrowed the list of choices for the next Ombudsman down to 4. Among these candidates, President Noynoy Aquino can pick the next Ombudsman that will replace Merceditas Gutierrez. This is not a simple task. Each candidate may have their own group of friends supporting them. For example, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima has already expressed her vote for Carpio-Morales. And I think, the political group of Iglesia Ni Cristo has their own candidate among the 4 choices.

A. former Supreme Court Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales
B. Justice Undersecretary Leah Armamento
C. Presidential Commission on Good Government Commissioner Gerard Mosquera
D. former Justice Secretary Artemio Tuquero (Iglesia Ni Cristo member)

Who is Iglesia Ni Cristo?
Who is Artemio Tuquero?

An overview of Iglesia Ni Cristo involvement in government positions

Serafin Cuevas Secretary of Justice Cuevas was fired by President Estrada because of controversial cases. Cuevas is a senior INC member, a follower of Manalo

Artemio Tuquero Secretary of Justice assumed office after Cuevas.
Served as Department of Justice Secretary with less than a year only.
Appointed by President Estrada. Tuquero is also an INC member, a follower of Manalo.

...THE powerful Iglesia ni Cristo has come out in the open not only to prevent Sandiganbayan Justice Gregory Ong from being appointed to the Supreme Court but also to have him unseated from the anti-graft court. The petition to disqualify Ong from the Sandiganbayan, now pending in the Pasig Regional Trial Court, was filed by lawyer Ferdinand Topacio, who happens to also be an Iglesia counsel. According to the grapevine, Ong caught the ire of the Iglesia hierarchy after the Sandiganbayan justice convicted military colonel Victor Danao, husband of Pilar Manalo, who happens to be a sister of Iglesia Executive Minister Erano Manalo....

Reynaldo Wycoco National Bureau of Investigation Appointed by Gloria Arroyo.
NBI was put into a scandal after whistle blower Acsa Ramirez was accidentally turned into a suspect.
Wycoco died while in NBI. Wycoco is an Iglesia Ni Cristo member, a Manalo follower.

Iglesia Ni Cristo, Arroyo-Macapagal clan backed Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez

The INC Eduardo Manalo, LTO Chief Torres, Ombudsman Gutirrez and Gloria Arroyo connection

Iglesia Ni Cristo and the Most Corrupt President

Iglesia Ni Cristo is very much involved in Philippine politics. I will not believe if INC is not endorsing, pushing or making any moves for the Ombudsman position for INC member Tuquero. What can be the consequences if INC member Tuquero will be assigned as the new Ombudsman?

• INC and Gloria Arroyo are close political Allies.
Our dream of putting Arroyo behind bars may remain as just a dream.

• Government official, another INC member, LTO Chief Virginia Torres is facing a lot of charges. Persecuting Torres maybe going to be hard.

I am not impressed to INC members holding public offices. Congressman Marcoleta, NBI Chief Wycoco and Gatdula, LTO chief Virgie Torres, former DOJ secretaries Cuevas and Tuquero did nothing impressive on their positions. Iglesia Ni Cristo doctrines state that all of us are going to Hell; only INC members will be reaching heaven. I doubt that the former and present INC government officials are all going to heaven. I highly doubt that only INC members are good enough to please the eyes of Our Creator. Eduardo Manalo, can you please shed a light on this? We are all in total darkness in here. If the block voting of Iglesia Ni Cristo is indeed biblical, then how come that Mar Roxas lost as Vice President when INC endorsed him in 2010 elections? Eduardo Manalo, you continually disappoint me.

Government office is a public trust and we do not trust Iglesia Ni Cristo.

To the Executive Minister of Iglesia Ni Cristo, Eduardo Manalo:

I still see you as an incapable leader that hides in the shadow.

You still do not have the nerve and the bravery to come out in the open to lead your flock in spiritual enlightment, not with this kind of political maneuver to seal the INC presence in political arena. Why are you silent about the INC and the ombudsman impeachment in Congress? Why are you silent about the mess of an INC member in LTO? I think you are just lucky enough to inherit the INC leadership when your father died.

Warning: Iglesia Ni Cristo is dangerous to Philippine politics

I will withdraw my support to President Noynoy Aquino if he will pick Tuquero as the next Ombudsman.

Mar Roxas as DOTC Chief can benefit Iglesia Ni Cristo

• Mar Roxas lost the Vice Presidential race in 2010 despite the endorsement of Iglesia Ni Cristo, proving that the INC vote is a failure.

• Mar Roxas is believed to be running as a presidential candidate in 2016 election. He may again believe and rely on the votes of Iglesia Ni Cristo political cult

• Mar Roxas might be competing with VP Jejomar Binay in 2016 presidential election therefore, competing with each other about the 'love' of INC Vote. It's a win-win scenario for Iglesia Ni Cristo.

• with Mar Roxas as the new DOTC chief, the troubled INC member LTO Chief Virgie Torres may have found a new ally on her battles inside LTO. LTO is under DOTC. Stradcom may be facing dark days under the Mar Roxas-Virgie Torres in DOTC- LTO offices.

• The INC member LTO chief Virgie Torres was asked to take a leave after the scandalous failed takeover of the Stradcom building. The Department of Justice and the chair of committee of Transportation and Communications in the House of Congress have already suggested for the embattled LTO chief to take a leave of absence.

• A graft case was filed against INC member LTO chief Virgie Torres for not paying their IT contractor, STRADCOM.

• Mar Roxas, being the DOTC chief, a friend and (Liberal) party mate of President Noynoy Aquino, can or may request that the NTC be transferred back again under DOTC. With NTC under DOTC of Mar Roxas, Iglesia Ni Cristo can or may request the long awaited approval of another telecom company, reportedly linked to the Iglesia Ni Cristo.

• Mar Roxas is an economist.
• Iglesia Ni Cristo is an opportunist.

• Iglesia Ni Cristo supported Gloria Arroyo and the former Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez. INC is also involved in the violent antigovernment protest EDSA 3. You cannot blame me for not trusting Eduardo Manalo and the Iglesia Ni Cristo.

• Mar Roxas is a Trapo (traditional politician) - Trapo also means basahan

• I don't trust Mar Roxas and even Iglesia Ni Cristo

• Iglesia Ni Cristo is like a snake in the grass, waiting to attack. and that is not just a metaphor but a prophecy in reality.

Gloria Arroyo and Iglesia Ni Cristo

Happy 97th anniversary to Iglesia Ni Cristo

Politicians in the Philippines are happy in the existence of Iglesia Ni Cristo. Gloria Arroyo (poll says The Most Corrupt President) is one of the strongest political allies of the Manalo family. INC supported the presidency of Gloria Arroyo in 2004 and favored the Arroyo senatorial slate in 2007 election. The bloc-voting doctrine of the Iglesia Ni Cristo is a mythical force in every election in the Philippines. (Although some politicians were cursed and lost the election because of the INC endorsement.) Mar Roxas was totally embarrassed with his humiliating defeat even INC endorsed him as Vice President in the 2010 election.

July 27, 2011 is the day expected that newspapers will be flooded with INC greetings from different politicians. Previously, July 27, 2009, Gloria Arroyo as a strong close ally of Iglesia Ni Cristo, declared Iglesia Ni Cristo day, a move that received condemnation by the Filipino people. Arroyo was obviously showing favor to the Manalo family. I think the declaration of July 27 being Iglesia Ni Cristo day brought a curse to the cult of Iglesia Ni Cristo. Barely after one month of the proclamation by Arroyo, Eraño Manalo died because of cardiopulmonary arrest.

The incompetent and incapable Eduardo Manalo inherited the INC leadership from his father. Iglesia Ni Cristo Executive Minister Eduardo Manalo does not have a well-known background for debating skills. Under Eduardo Manalo regime in INC, Iglesia supported the troubled Ombudsman Gutierrez in her impeachment trial. Eduardo Manalo also made a mistake in endorsing Mar Roxas resulting to a humiliating defeat both for INC and Mar Roxas.

With the 97 years of existence of Iglesia Ni Cristo, they are more well-known for their political involvements and not with desirable Christian works. INC directly condemns and attacks Catholics, Protestants and other religion. With the continued decrease of INC members, it is funny to claim by INC that only Iglesia Ni Cristo members will be saved.

Philippines should have been more prosperous if INC did not exist. Philippine politics should have been better if INC did not endorse and supported the Most Corrupt President, Gloria Arroyo. Iglesia Ni Cristo bastardized the legacy of the peaceful EDSA 1. INC members joined the violent anti-government protest during the EDSA3. Iglesia Ni Cristo continues to embarrass the good values of the Filipino nation. I am ashamed that Iglesia Ni Cristo existed from my beloved mother country of the Philippine islands.

Iglesia Ni Cristo and their FAILED Political Endorsements

Philippine Media and the Iglesia Ni Cristo

Iglesia Ni Cristo and their FAILED Political Endorsements

INC Arlyn dela Cruz nakuryente?

Iglesia Ni Cristo Arlyn Dela Cruz is an INC member

What's up with some of the Newspapers that keeps on publishing news and updates about Iglesia Ni Cristo? It appears to me that some newspapers are giving too much attention to the political group of Iglesia Ni Cristo. I just like to ask is, if Iglesia Ni Cristo paying for these publications/articles so INC would stay relevant on our daily lives. I am glad that bigger and more popular news site such as Inquirer, Abs-CbnNews, GMANews are paying less attention to Iglesia Ni Cristo.

Paid advertisements from politicians usually appear in different newspapers during the Iglesia Ni Cristo church anniversary every July 27 every year. This expensive way of greeting INC is highly questionable because why are these politicians are able to pay these expensive useless greetings to a political cult instead of using the money for charity works or public service to their constituents? Is the money used by politicians to greet INC in advertisements come from their personal pockets or from the tax payer's money?

Political endorsement during elections is what Iglesia Ni Cristo is known for. Is this what the politicians are running after, in return of these expensive paid advertisements to greet Iglesia Ni Cristo?

By allowing Iglesia Ni Cristo news and updates to be published in broadsheets is also giving Iglesia Ni Cristo media exposure. This is the media exposure being used by INC to intervene in Philippine politics just like what they did in intervening in the selection process of Senate President in 2010 and the impeachment case of the former Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez.

Sometimes, I also blame the Philippine media for giving too much exposure for Iglesia Ni Cristo. The power to influence is being exploited by the Iglesia Ni Cristo for their personal gains just what like happened in EDSA 3.

Iglesia Ni Cristo are reportedly heavily involved in the plot to unseat a president during the violent anti-government protest of EDSA3. INC members were hurt and killed during the futile rebellion. Iglesia used their own channel NET25 to cover the EDSA 3 event while the other bigger channels 2, 5 and 7 were back in regular programming. Some reporters were harassed and were not welcomed by the EDSA 3 protesters.

Power in (overestimated) number. I can't believe that some newspapers would even publish that Iglesia Ni Cristo members would reach 5, 6, 8-10 million. That's insane. INC does not even have the nerve to reveal their official total number of membership. Iglesia Ni Cristo have a long line of FAILED political endorsements. Leading the list is the lost of Danding Cojuangco and INC in 1992 and the lost of Mar Roxas in 2010. I estimate that INC is less than 1-2 million basing the number of votes got by the Alagad party list. (Alagad representative Rodante Marcoleta is an INC member)

The case of Inquirer columnist (INC member) Arlyn dela Cruz should give newspapers a warning on how INC works. • Arlyn dela Cruz have wrote in Inquirer the over estimated number of INC to 8-10 million membership. • Arlyn deal Cruz have mistakenly wrote in Inquirer about an 'information' that Gen. Boysie Reyes was involved in carnapping, later to be proven as wrong - nakuryente si Arlyn dela Cruz, nadamay at nabahiran ang credibility ng Inquirer. Later, one INC member LTO chief Virgie Torres was accused of being involved on carnapping. I am just asking, was Arlyn deal Cruz trying to divert or preempt the eventual exposure of Iglesia Ni Cristo in the LTO mess? I am just asking.

To Manila Bulletin, Inquirer, Abs-Cbnnews, GMANews, Philstar, Daily Tribune and other news outfits in the Philippines, please stop giving any further media exposure to Iglesia Ni Cristo.

The media exposures being enjoyed by the INC of the Manalo family are being exploited for political reasons.

Journalism should be above money and paid advertisements for Iglesia Ni Cristo.

Better welfare of the greater good should be above money and paid advertisements for Iglesia Ni Cristo.

Do our country a favor, stop patronizing Iglesia Ni Cristo.

Manalo family is the richest cult clan in the Philippines

Manalo family is the richest cult clan in the Philippines

Mike Velarde, Apollo Quiboloy and Eduardo Manalo are the most well known cult leaders in the Philippines. It is also a very well known fact that these cult leaders are filthy rich. But who among these cult leaders is the richest of them all. Your answer is right. Eduardo Manalo of Iglesia Ni Cristo is the richest cult leader in the Philippines.

Iglesia Ni Cristo Executive Minister Eduardo Manalo inherited the family jewels and power when his father Erano Manalo suddenly died on 2009, a month after the 95th church anniversary of INC. Some people believe that the unexpected death of Erano Manalo is a curse to Iglesia because of different atrocities the INC have done in the Philippines. (INC supported the violent EDSA3 and INC is also a strong political ally of Gloria Arroyo).

Aside from owning many businesses, own television networks, own university and own hospital, INC also owns numerous chapels and properties outside the Philippines. Despite that INC members are only poor and INC is concentrated in the Philippines, a third- world country, INC properties continue to grow.

Political influence and intervention is also known for INC. Iglesia Ni Cristo hands was felt in the impeachment case of former Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez. Government appointment is also part of the INC presence in Philippine government.

• Eduardo Manalo have not just inherited money but political power as well.

I think INC members would even be proud to claim that the Manalo family is richer than Velarde and Quiboloy clans. To them, the riches and the impervious political influence of Manalo family is a clear manifestation that the heaven have blessed Iglesia Ni Cristo. Wait. Heaven have blessed the Manalo family with tons of money and political power to influence politicians? Is it Satan is the one who is using money and politics to corrupt people? I am quite sure that heaven will not give religious leaders money and political powers while the flock is living in poverty.

• If I Love money and politics, I would join the Iglesia Ni Cristo in a heartbeat.

All hail and glory to the Manalo family.

I would envy Eduardo Manalo if I love money and don't like to go to work in my everyday job.

Although I pity your soul, I think many would envy you Eduardo Manalo for having no problems with money despite of having no daily tiring job.

Woe unto you, you filthy rich cult leaders.

Iglesia Ni Cristo needs RH Bill

It appears that Iglesia Ni Cristo supports the controversial RH Bill. I do not believe that RH Bill will solve our country's poverty problem. Filipinos love big families, as long as you can afford to provide bread and shelter. What the Philippines need to address is graft and corruption. The worse part of the RH Bill issue is that it continually divides our nation. Catholic priests are using their pulpits and sermons to oppose the RH Bill. Then Iglesia Ni Cristo expressed their support for the controversial Reproductive Health Bill aka Family planning.

Iglesia Ni Cristo needs RH Bill.

By endorsing the RH Bill, INC members maybe reminded not to commit fornication.

Classic example is yung pamilya ni Charice Pempengco.

Iglesia Ni Cristo is not a family friendly religion.

Iglesia Ni Cristo needs RH Bill

Iglesia Ni Cristo - Church of the poor

Iglesia Ni Cristo - Church of the poor

• From rags to riches, INC founder Felix Manalo was able to build an 'empire' with money and political power by using the Iglesia Ni Cristo doctrines

• The Manalo family of Iglesia Ni Cristo maybe the richest religious family among different cults started in the Philippines

• The religious dynasty of Manalo family is the cornerstone of the Iglesia Ni Cristo. The position of executive minister was being held only by the Manalo clan; Felix Manalo > Erano Manalo > Eduardo Manalo

• Erano Manalo was reported years ago that he was a billionaire preacher

• Iglesia Ni Cristo owns their own television network, university and other business establishments

• Iglesia Ni Cristo is composed of poor Filipino members concentrated in the Philippines, a third world country.

- The Manalo family of Iglesia Ni Cristo is super rich
- The INC ministers have no source of income to sustain their food and education of their children, aside from their salary from preaching
- INC members are mostly poor Filipinos from a third world country

I highly doubt that the riches and political power being enjoyed by Iglesia Ni Cristo comes from heaven. While people all around the globe are struggling to live and escape poverty, I don't think that our Creator will only prioritize his blessings to the political cult group of Iglesia Ni Cristo. Buying properties and erecting INC chapels must not be a commandment that we have to ignore the hunger of many people everywhere.

The sad part of Iglesia Ni Cristo in erecting chapels and buying properties is that these worthless treasures cannot buy salvation or ticket to heaven. The political influence of INC will not either impress our creator.

Malaking kasinungalingan at Malaking kalapastanganan.

Merry Christmas Iglesia Ni Cristo

December 25 - Iglesia Ni Cristo founder Felix Manalo was ordained as a minister on a Christmas day. Felix Manalo celebrated 5th INC Church Anniversary on a Christmas day. Felix Manalo attended gathering with a Santa Claus design. INC members accept Christmas Bonuses. INC members attends Christmas parties.

Merry Christmas to all Iglesia Ni Cristo members.

Smoking cigarettes is allowed in Iglesia Ni Cristo.Drinking beer is allowed in Iglesia Ni Cristo.

Denying that Iglesia Ni Cristo celebrates Christmas is not a big deal to me.

The greatest crime of Iglesia Ni Cristo for me is their denial of the deity of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

That's my belief.

Iglesia Ni Cristo Day Non Working Holiday

ARROYO DECLARES: Iglesia ni Cristo Day a non-working holiday

'Iglesia ni Cristo Day,' a working day (Malacañang clarified...)

Iglesia Ni Cristo is a strong political ally of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, believed to be the Most Corrupt President. During the last year of GMA, Arroyo declared a presidential degree declaring July 27 as a Special Working Holiday for the Iglesia Ni Cristo Day, a clear political favor for a political ally.

More holiday, Less production, Less profit.

Nasaktan at namatay ang ibang INC members during EDSA3.

There is no way that July 27 Iglesia Ni Cristo will be declared as Public NON WORKING Holiday. Philipines have already too much holidays which greatly affects our economy and business operations. Besides, Iglesia Ni Cristo have done nothing great to contribute to Philippine society. Iglesia Ni Cristo is a public menace for intervening in Philippine politics.

Iglesia Ni Cristo Day Non Working Holiday

Iglesia Ni Cristo has Thousands of convicted criminal members

2,000 Criminal Iglesia Ni Cristo members sued Ernesto Diokno

Some Iglesia Ni Cristo Members are murderers and hurts other people

If indeed ONLY Iglesia Ni Cristo members will be saved according to their doctrine, I wonder how can they explain the salvation of around 2,000 criminal INC members (it may include rapists, murderers and robbers) in one prison jail location alone.

• Criminal then joined the Iglesia Ni Cristo
- this I think is quite understandable because of probably loneliness or seeking for companionship or spiritual enlightenment some prisoners mistakenly join Iglesia Ni Cristo, but...

• Iglesia Ni Cristo members becoming Criminals
- is totally a different story. Iglesia Ni Cristo members going to jail is not a big surprise. We have read it in different newspapers INC members doing different wickedness. It was even reported that an INC member murdered the whole family of an INC minister inside an Iglesia Ni Cristo compound in Cavite. Another report was written about INC vigilantes roasting men after their murderous act. INC members also butchered some University students inside the Iglesia Ni Cristo chapel in Punta Sta. Ana Manila.

In case you're wondering why is there a continued decrease of INC members attending in a nearby Iglesia Ni Cristo chapel in your area, here the possible answers:
- INC members have stopped attending Iglesia Ni Cristo worship services
- INC members left the Iglesia Ni Cristo and converted to Catholic, Protestants or Muslim
- INC members were imprisoned in a nearby municipality jail because of criminal acts.

• 2,000 INC members in one prison jail location alone is quite big for me. Considering that Iglesia Ni Cristo is claiming that ONLY INC MEMBERS WILL BE SAVED. If that so, how come INC has thousands of criminal members?

• Instead of building or buying chapels to be used for Iglesia Ni Cristo worship services, how about the INC administration would build their own prison cells for their growing numbers of criminal Iglesia Ni Cristo members?

• I guess that total the number of INC criminal members is greater than the total number of non-Filipino INC members worldwide

• I highly doubt that only mostly Filipinos will be exclusively allowed to enter heaven

• INC members are only around 2 million members (including thousands of convicted INC criminal members)

It is quite embarrassing to be a member of Iglesia Ni Cristo in these different kinds of atrocities inside the INC.

• There are 32,000 inmates in NBP in Muntinlupa: 2,000 of them are INC members. This means that 16% of convicted criminals in Bilibid prison are Iglesia Ni Cristo members.

• There are 1,000 jails across the Philippines, more than 60,000 inmates. We can only guess how many Iglesia Ni Cristo criminal members are inside and outside the prison jail.

• The Manalo family and the whole Iglesia Ni Cristo cult group must have been proud with the THOUSANDS of INC convicted criminal members
